The truck needed a fuse - and we came to understand that those fuses are only available from a Dodge dealer. You should go to a Dodge dealer and get some to keep on hand. The fuse prevented the trailer lights from working.
However - on a most positive note, Nate switched out the fuses, and helped us immensely with a problem on the camper trailer that had nothing to do with Rugged Rentals - what a NICE HELPFUL group of people!!
