Excellent experience
The customer service was exceptional
Flight was delayed. Rugged made sure someone stayed after closing to pick me up from the airport and get me a car. I was given a car that was better than what I had requested and they honored the rate quote, which was already more competitive than anywhere else. All around one of the best car renting experiences I've had.

Rental experience was great. I only wished the had told me about the DEF fluid in the Eco-Diesel, but other than that it was great.
