The Jeep we were provided had a serious mechanical problem. We did not discover the problem until we were several hundred miles down the road. After a couple of telephone conversations with a service person from Rugged we had the car inspected by a mechanic and the problem was diagnosed. It was deemed to be safe to drive (our main concern) and we proceeded. Rugged helped us thru this problem and were fair in an adjustment. All personnel were courteous, helpful. and we would use them again.
Fantastic experience. This is the third time we've used Rugged Rental, and have been thoroughly pleased each time. Keep up the good work.

Great place to rent from... No long line to wait in... No big long sales pitch at pickup... Reasonable rates... And they gladly dropped us off at our hotel after returning the vehicle. Will rent from here again in the future!

Vehicle was great, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Wish the trucks where better washed when you get in a a rental usually would like all the dirt out and not on your cloths and windshields need to be cleaned after you you spray the dash it's a pain when I have to do that when I get the truck
too many dings to be able to note on the paper form before checking out, so I was a bit nervous that they would claim I had put a ding on the car. Other than that, experience was fine and I would rent from them again
