Rental was fantastic. Only issue was that this car was due for an oil change long before I picked it up and I had to drive without a fresh oil change for the entire rental period. Doesn't exactly give you peace of mind while driving. Other than that, everything was great with the rental experience.

Rugged Rental is awesome. They have great vehicles at more affordable rates. The truck we rented hauled all our camping gear for a big Moab camping trip. The truck barely broke a sweat. Super powerful! I told everyone at camp to go to Rugged for their rental needs. We'll definitely be renting from Rugged again.

EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. MY ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT I THINK YOU SHOULD RENT SUBARUS, AS WE ALL KNOW THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST AWDS!
