Superb service, great Jeep, nice renting from someone that openly allows you to drive on dirt road in S Utah. I will definitely rent from Rugged Rental again on future trips to hike the red rock.
We were picked up at the airport about 45 min after our flight arrived, but that snafu was due to a combination of our flight arriving very early and my entering a pickup time on the reservation form that was probably too far after our scheduled arrival time. Overall, we were very pleased with the van we rented. We would definitely rent from Rugged Rental again and we'll definitely recommend them to our friends.
