The lady at the front desk made a mistake ejem charging my credit card that had it blocked for the rest of our trip

After hours return was easy, but location was not clear from directions. Maybe include photo of Park N Jet sign on the paperwork?

We were very pleased with Rugged Rental! They were prompt, helped with luggage, had a very friendly staff, and a small, stress free office/location. Our college aged daughter commented as we were leaving the office with our vehicle "Wow mom that was the least stressful car rental we've ever done!" We will not go back to the big car rental companies after this experience. Their prices were lower than the bigger companies and they don't charge for "loss of use" if you are in an accident.
Waited at airport a little while after arrival. Van was there but left before we crossed street (we were running thinking van was there waiting, only to arrive and van was gone) bc wasn't answering phone to know to wait for us. Had 2 small children with me which made the 30 minute wait a little challenging. But otherwise a great rental experience with great staff and nice vehicle!! We continue to rent there year after year. Worth going off site for the nice vehicles and good rates!
