I always try to rent from rugged rentals when I come to Utah
Third year in a row we've rented from Rugged, awesome vehicles and service
We really liked how the shuttle driver loaded our bags into the rental while we filled out paperwork. It made the whole process so much faster!

We really enjoyed the Dodge truck we rented. We were originally going to stay in the Salt Lake City area and ski Snowbird for two days. With permission from Rugged Rentals, we decided to make a last minute road trip to Jackson Hole. The airport pick up and drop off were extremely efficient and easy. The staff was very friendly and really made the process enjoyable. You always hear about the car rentals from hell and this one was far from that. Rugged was amazing!
The staff at Rugged Rentals were very helpful and very polite. The vehicle was in great shape, waiting for us ready to go when we were picked up from the airport. I would rent from them again without hesitation and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
We reserved a small SUV and got a GIGANTIC one that my wife could not drive and I really didn't feel comfortable driving.This really disrupted our vacation . We were surprised and disappointed because Rugged has always been great and has given us exactly the car we requested.We will use them again only if they guarantee to provide the type of vehicle we request.

Although it's not on site at the airport, the wait and shuttle times are minimal and worth it to save what it would cost for the same vehicle at the airport. Rental agency was very helpful, prompt, and courteous.
