Best price I found for a 4wd car, and service was great! My friends had yo wait 2 hours at one of the major rental companies, I had my car and was on my way in minutes. I will rent from you again next year for sure. Thanks!

Excellent customer service, price and will use them again
Third rental from Rugged Rental during one our Utah ski trips; service we received was once again excellent. Airport shuttle service was prompt and comfortable, especially with the new, more easily accessed pick-up point, and once at the rental office, things were as quick and straightforward as expected. Only "issue" was ending up with way more vehicle than we really needed - a gigantic Nissan Armada instead of a perfectly adequate and more agile Dodge Journey AWD. Not that we had to pay extra.

I marked a couple of low scores because we had problems with the first Suburban we rented on the first day, the staff at Rugged Rental stayed late so that we could get back there and exchange the vehicle, the second Suburban ran - and braked much better and had lower miles. Much appreciated that they stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate us. Thank you!
