There was some kind of confusion with our rental, but the staff worked it out and was very apologetic for our wait.

A great experience from beginning to end, Responsive when I called with questions, reasonable rate for a great car (low mileage) and dropped me off at the airport hotel I was staying at after I returned the car. Will use again and recommend to friends/colleagues.

The service was excellent. We had an after hours pick up. We were picked up promptly at the airport and completing the paperwork and getting us on the road in a vehicle exceeding our expectations was done very efficiently. Return of the vehicle and getting us to the airport was just as efficient. I will definitely rent from Rugged Rental again.
Can't fault it
We got the exact vehicle we requested. It was brand-new, with great nav system, heated seats and steering wheel and all the extras. Great customer service on Christmas Day, easy return to the airport. We would definitely rent from Rugged Rental again!

Vehicle was as requested and performed well. Pick up from airport was within 5 minutes of my call. On return staff went out of their way to drive me back to my hotel (which they were not obliged to do).
The only issue I had with the rental and vehicle was the tires on the vehicle - they were nearly bald. For a place called Rugged Rental, renting 4WD vehicles that will likely head up into snow country, this was surprising. Fortunately I did not run into any snow or ice, but I would have been very concerned if I had.
