Only issue we were not aware of was 4 years ago we had a Jeep Patriot and it was larger than this 2015 model year. Little cramped.
the dropped pin on my GPS disappeared and after I read the mobile maps wrong and got lost I was wishing there was a little map of your location (not the small scale one you gave us) that showed that Airport, California Ave, 215 quadrant in bigger scale only. 2nd time return client simply cuz of "personalized" service: Confirmation of specific vehicle requested (NO substitutions); explicit written advice regarding airport pickup location/off site return. Vehicle inspection co-conducted with agent; Regulations reviewed; phone call to confirm off hour Sunday shuttle pickup. EXCELLENT service. Chad is our man for Rugged Rental Agency. They are truthful and deliver. Even free use of coolers - now, that is an extra...along with tootsie roll pops.
Overall the experience was great.
My only criticism is that the rear tires were a little worn (cupped) which provided a lot of road noise at freeway speeds. Off-road, however, the Jeep performed great and we had a fantastic time. I would definitely go with Rugged Rental again. Their rates were much cheaper than renting in Moab or Southern Colorado.
