I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the airport shuttle and the pleasant staff at the office. The car was exactly what was promised, clean and in good condition. An excellent job from start to finish. Well done.

Our experience with Rugged Rental was fantastic. Friendly staff and very accommodating. My daughter even lost a stuffed animal which they held on to so she could get it back when we returned the car. We would def rent from Rugged Rental again and recommend them to friends.
I have rented from Rugged before when Turo's renter inventory is sold out for the vehicle class I require. However, compared to Turo pricing, Rugged is very expensive. Other than that, they are a top-notch firm, always with solid service.
Our plane was delayed to after 6:00, and Rugged Rental stayed in contact and followed up with a call to check in at our expected new arrival. They provided a possible 4x4 upgrade at no charge from the remaining vehicles at pickup. We have used Rugged in the past on a friends recommendation and have found the prices to be the best and service great!

Rugged Rental is worth the extra effort of going offsite. I have rented from them multiple times and each time I get a good vehicle at a fair price without the usual car rental hassle. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. As a repeat customer, I appreciated that the shuttle driver remembered me. The vehicle I rented was clean, ran well and was easy to drive. I will most assuredly rent from Rugged Rental in the future :)
Appreciated being able to rent an AWD vehicle. Major car companies could not guarantee one—even in Salt Lake City where there was some heavy snow and ice.
