I would recommend Rugged Rental to friends and family because of their customer service. The staff seemed sincere and were helpful in answering any questions I had.
There was some trash left in the vehicle from the previous customer. Loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport.
From start to finish renting from Rugged was exactly as I had hoped. I will rent from them again!

This is a great company! They were wonderful to me - even when I left luggage in the locked van at the airport! They were more than helpful and the price was great too. I will use them again, no question!
