We did get a flat tire. I noticed afterwards that the tires were at 51psi and said on them to not put them over 40psi. Could it be we got a flat because they were overinflated? Not sure. Anyway, we did have a great experience. We choose this vehicle because of the price and were very glad to get great service along with a great price.
Staff gave excellent service and answered all my questions; rates were very reasonable and as a return customer, I appreciate the 10% discount! I'll definitely rent from Rugged Rentals again :)
