One of my best renting experiences so far
The car we got was great! The staff up front was amazing too! If I did have one complaint it would be about the shuttle ride to and from the airport. The employee that took us didn’t seem to have great hygiene and it spread through the whole shuttle. Very nice guy but just hard to be comfortable. If this wasn’t an issue I would say there is no rental experience that could ever touch rugged rental. I
I wish the truck had had running boards. Made it difficult for my wife to get in and out of the truck because she is only 5’2” tall. Had to use a folding stool from home. Other than that, great vehicle, great service, great price. Will definitely use rugged rental again and again.
I had checked off that I wanted a cooler with the vehicle but I almost forgot about it. The agent did not seem to know about it. A small detail but might have missed out had I not remembered at the last minute. Otherwise awesome rental.

The truck I rented more than performed for what I needed to pull, they also included the 2 inch ball! Very easy to rent, pickup and drop-off!
