Very pleasant and helpful staff members
The information about insurance was difficult to understand. Other car rental companies automatically offer comprehensive insurance. Information about primary insurance is not available in Germany.
I appreciate how simple and efficient the check out and check in processes are. And each time I've rented I have received the vehicle I reserved. Good customer service!
