This is the second time I have rented with Rugged Rental. Their service is prompt and efficient. The vehicle was delivered as promised. The only thing I will mention is that the locks on the ski racks need to be better. We, nor the Rugged rental staff, could get one of them to lock the day we rented and then the other one froze up during the trip as they are exposed to the weather. We were unable to lock the rack. It worked out, but just something I wanted to mention. Great Rental.
Rugged rental is a good option for a large SUV with mud/ snow tires. Super helpful to have with 3ft of snow over the week.

Had a flight mix up and had to call Rugged Rental during off hours on a Sunday. Promptly called us back and arranged a shuttle from airport. Rentals are new and well maintained for extreme weather. Would certainly recommend….BP
Great vehicle for transporting skiers up and down the Cottonwood canyons, better rate and service than you get from the legacy rental services. This is our go to rental agency for quality 4 wheel drive people movers!
