My new go-to rental agency when in SLC!
Absolute best place that I've ever rented. While there's no such thing as being always perfect, if you are now making a rental decision, I can't see how you could go wrong with these people. Be confident.
The vehicle we received was brand new, under 100 miles on it, and in excellent condition. Customer service was wonderful, the shuttle taking us to and from the airport prompt with very friendly drivers. Very reasonable rates. We would definitely rent from them again!

The van broke down 4 hours from SLC and they delivered a new van the next day to a remote location over 5 hours away from SLC, and paid for the shuttle to get us to the new location. They are the best!
Rugged Rental has the best prices and vehicles for my needs. This is the only place I use when I travel to SLC. They don't hassle you over minor paint chips.
