We had a great time in SLC, vehicle was very reliable and enjoyable to drive. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Would definitely rent from there again and recommend to anyone visiting.
Shuttle drop off at SLC Airport required a lengthy walk to the airline check-in carrying our baggage. It did not allow us access to curb side sky cap check-in and as a result we nearly missed boarding. This is very inconvenient and hard for elderly clients. You need to work with clients and deliver us to terminals and sky cap option.

Absolute best place that I've ever rented. While there's no such thing as being always perfect, if you are now making a rental decision, I can't see how you could go wrong with these people. Be confident.
The vehicle we received was brand new, under 100 miles on it, and in excellent condition. Customer service was wonderful, the shuttle taking us to and from the airport prompt with very friendly drivers. Very reasonable rates. We would definitely rent from them again!
