My rental experience with Rugged was great. They were the only co. In the SLC area that could help me with both after hours pick up and drop off.
Rugged rentals was great. I made a mistake with the reservation which I didn’t realize until the day we flew in and the staff went over and above to fix everything for us. The car was so nice with plenty of room for kids, skis, and luggage and we felt good knowing we had all-wheel-drive in case of poor road conditions. Exceptional value for money and a great experience all around.
My pick was scheduled incorrectly in May instead of March after hours. Waited for over an hour for a pickup.
I thought the manager did a good job to do what he could to take care of me. I will rent from rugged again.
