Vehicle was delivered with an error and a blown fuse. When I discovered this I had to spend my own money and time getting the parts to repair the truck so that I can use it safely. I have had this same vehicle before without issues, this time it had not been maintained properly
The only thing that was sort of annoying was that the rentals weren't right at the airport. You need to take a shuttle to pick up your vehicle and get back to the airport. It was prompt and ran smoothly, but I would have preferred it to be right at the airport.
I used Rugged Rental for the second time. There service is great. Everything worked quickly and friendly. I would certainly use their service again.
