We were given an excellent, reliable 4WD Jeep Cherokee (as requested) which was perfect for our snow adventures. It was a bit on the expensive side, but worth it.

Truck badly needs running boards. Two 6’ men both had to hop and climb to get in and the shorter ladies had even more trouble
I had to cancel my reservation due to my cancelled flight and cancelled vacation. The staff was understanding and did not charge me the rental fee.
Outstanding experience. The truck was fantastic. I would love a cover for the bed, but I understand from speaking with the staff that covers have been a problem in the past. Will definitely rent again.
This was my 3rd rental with Rugged Rentals and all have been great. It’s the only place I rent from when I go to Salt Lake City.
This place was awesome, they had great trucks for for a fair price and they were up front about everything. They added in ski racks and coolers for free and I felt safe with my kids getting up the mountain in their SUV with 4WD and traction tires!!! Customer service was amazing and they gave my kids sodas and water. My SUV had all the luxuries you could ask for and the heat worked great! It was off site from the airport but the shuttle was very quick to pick us up and the ride was not far!
