We had a group of six with lots of luggage. The 2023 GMC Yukon was just perfect! The 4 wheel drive came in very handy as we experienced a snowstorm. The pick up and drop off was seamless and the customer support was wonderful! Thanks for making this aspect of our ski vacation so easy!

Rugged Rentals more than delivers to customers. The quotes are a fraction of what the big rental companies are charging at the airport and they guarantee availability of the vehicle you want. Our drivers were friendly and had us to and from the airport within minutes of our arrival. I cannot rave enough about this company.

We had a great time in SLC, vehicle was very reliable and enjoyable to drive. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Would definitely rent from there again and recommend to anyone visiting.
Shuttle drop off at SLC Airport required a lengthy walk to the airline check-in carrying our baggage. It did not allow us access to curb side sky cap check-in and as a result we nearly missed boarding. This is very inconvenient and hard for elderly clients. You need to work with clients and deliver us to terminals and sky cap option.
