We called the company prior to our arrival at the airport and inquired about a car seat. We were informed over the phone that car seats are available and if the company didn’t have a car seat that suits our needs that they partnered up with a company that supplies them. Upon arrival, we requested for a car seat and was informed they do not offer a car seat. Luckily, the individual found one in the back/storage but he was hesitant about giving us the only car seat in the facility.

Overall, renting with Rugged Rental has been a good experience. As a repeat customer, they are good to work with you and strive to make renting with them as pleasant and painless as possible. I was a tad bit late on my last rental, due to an accident on the freeway...they could have charged me for an extra day, but didn't. Thanks RR!
