They made the whole process convenient.
My rental experience with RR has been really good twice now.
Once they were really forgiving when I was delayed and late return.
Once I received a free upgrade which was nice.
I do try to return the trucks cleaner than I receive them which was not too difficult in both occasions.
I use RR for recreational purposes, but I get that most of their rentals must be work related.
Great vehicle and helpful staff. They were very accommodating when we had to make a change to our reservation at the last minute.
This is our second time renting from Rugged Rentals. Both times the cars were new, clean and in excellent condition!! Highly recommend!
Eat rental car experience ever
Impressed by all aspects of their service. Especially happy that they didn't try the typical "upsell" activity when you arrive and try to check in for your car. 10/10, would use again.
