Good customer service in person and on phone. The rental van's low tire pressure light was on at pick up and we asked if they could put air but we were assured the tires were already checked. Unfortunately, the tire had a slow leak. I added air multiple times and the light would turn off temporarily. I even had to buy a pressure gauge. The brakes also seem pretty worn or maybe I am used to more sensitive brakes - aside from that the car was very spacious and served us well.

Overall very good
We had called since we were coming after hours. Picked up at air terminal and transferred to vehicle was a breeze. Quickly on our way. Jeep was in great shape. Clean. New.
