Shuttle wait time a little long when I picked up the car. Woman handling the paperwork extremely friendly and efficient. Plan to rent from them again when I visit next year.
rugged rental is always our first choice
The truck backup camera did not work. Although I called 24 hours in advance of returning the car early, I was charged for the full rental.
