Rental experience was perfect. Our jeep was ready when we arrived, in excellent condition! The staff was helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had prior to arriving. Would definitely rent from them again!

I was worried about not getting the vehicle I reserved but everything was as promised.
The vehicle broke down (I believe it was a battery issue) which was an experience for me. I called Rugged Rental immediately and they were on top of it. Within the hour they had brought me another van so that I could make my daughter's volleyball game on time. Everyone that I dealt with at Rugged Rental was friendly and the process was easy. I would definitely rent from them again in the future.
