Always a great experience!!! Customer service, the Jeep, although I would like unlimited mileage.
I wish more rental agencies gave the service we received from Rugged Rental.
No extra surprise charges, fees, insurances. Price and vehicle as shown online. Great experience. Mileage limit was not an issue, but something to keep in mind. My new go-to rental.
Best rental staff
The folks at Rugged Rental bent over backwards to make sure we had a great rental experience. The Jeep we rented was pretty new and more than up to the task. We always felt safe and knew we could trust the vehicle. I should also add that Rugged Rental was fine with us turning the Jeep in a day early, since we changed our plans to stay the last night of our trip at the airport hotel. The one minor quibble I might have is that the cooler provided was not what they usually provide.
This was my second time renting from Rugged rental. I find their employees to be courteous. Rates are competitive to the point I will pay more to fly to Salt Lake to get a better deal on the car rental.

Very familiar with jeeps- was impressed with the 4xe. Would have preferred to have the cord included for charging.
