Very easy & good experience!
Louie was outstanding
Our primary form of communication was via text. When the employee texting us fell asleep, we were left stranded at pickup for an hour and a half, in extremely cold weather, with a baby and a toddler. I wish I had known:
- they are offsite, even though they appear to be as any other agency on kayak
-their shuttle only runs on demand
- do not text them back. Call them the moment you deplane
-if you schedule for 6pm, they are closed then. There’s no indication when booking, but you’ll be af
