Rugged Rental is our first choice when in Utah!
Confirmation email was a bit confusing about the actual hours for pick-up. Staff returned after hours call, and returned to help me get car though, and were very friendly about it.
Rugged rentals makes the whole car rental process easy. This is our second time using them and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
