Company made it easy to drop off outside of their opening hours. Their stock of cars was extremely limited, which was frustrating and had to get a much more expensive option.

Everything was great and we are renting for a week in May again. I would suggest that in the future, more time should be spent showing and explaining the 4x4 features in the Rubicon.
We returned on a Sunday so off-site. The paperwork with the address to the shuttle area could use an update. The scanning code didn’t work and the address in GPS goes to a different location. We called and were easily guided there, so it was fine, but the directions/paperwork could use an update. Otherwise everything was great!

Shuttle, pickup and drop off were super easy and the staff was very helpful. The car was sufficient for our trip but wasn’t in great shape. The sun visors were broken and the car had a smell we couldn’t air out.
