We were very happy with our rental experience- staff and vehicle. There were a couple glitches with the website and we did not get the vehicle we reserved, but we’re given an acceptable replacement. I’m not convinced the appropriate adjustment in price was applied, but we were okay with how it was handled and the overall experience. Would absolutely use Rugged Rental again, and highly recommend.

Pick up after hours was prompt and easy, customer service was great!
It's a far better experience than the usual airport rental. It does require a shuttle ride, but the drive is easy, and it takes less time once you get there. As an added bonus, the shuttle driver loaded our bags into our car while we were doing the paperwork. Very pleasant experience.
Exceptional customer service in every area. I was traveling with small grandchildren and they allowed me to ship car seats to Rugged Rentals ahead of our arrival. Just one of several things they did to make our trip logistics as simple as possible

Very user friendly. Allowed a person, other than the person who made the reservation, to pick up the car. Allowed flexibility with drop off time. Courteous and helpful on the phone.
Best way to make sure you get a 4 wheel drive to access the mountains. Easy pick up and return. Can’t wait to rent again on next ski trip!
