Traveling from NC to Salt Lake, my wife called Rugged Rental with questions about the terrain, how to access the ski resorts, etc. The help given by the staff at Rugged gave her some peace and by taking the time with her, she was definitely willing to rent from a locally owned company. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and affordable and the ski rack was so helpful. If my family and I ever travel to Salt Lake City again, we will definitely use Rugged Rental for our vehicle/travel needs.
