Rugged Rental provided exactly what was advertised online and sent very detailed information to make the car rental experience easy and seamless. They also guaranteed an AWD car and delivered. We would definitely rent from them again!

Everything was great from the shuttle to the staff. The only weird thing was the truck bed was filled with ice/snow. They immediately got someone to shovel it out after I asked but you would have thought that would have been part of the checklist before a renter received vehicle.
The staff were all friendly, kind, and helpful. I can tell this is a great, thriving business. I couldn’t have been more appreciative for the jeep in little and big cottonwood canyons early in the am.

Great deal compared with other companies. Only rental place that would guarantee a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Would use them again.

Cleanliness of vehicle could have been better.
Have rented from here before and have had cleaner vehicles in the past, not sure if things are getting missed or not, but wasn't 100% pleased with condition of vehicle.
Our rental experience was flawless, we got a brand new SUV AWD. There were no hidden fees. Everyone was polite and helpful. There was zero wait for the shuttle in either direction. I will totally recommend it to others.
