Despite unfortunate travel experiences, rugged was extremely helpful and flexible!
Prompt shuttle service. We were a little nervous to rent off the airport but it was seamless and honestly probably faster than renting at the counter in the airport. Service was great and no issues with picking up or returning the vehicle. Would definitely use them again!
Spencer picked us on weekend even though they are closed. Made start of our vacation really pleasant!!! Everything was just great from start to finish.

The front desk staff are not friendly. It never seems like anyone knows what is going on and they make things up as they go. The rate is always different but no one can tell me why. One person says one thing and another person says something else. The female staff has one of the worse attitudes I have ever experienced and should not be working with the public.
