Rugged Rental was a very good company to work with. We had to make some changes to our initial reservation and they were very helpful in getting that done no problem. The truck we rented was better than expected and overall we couldn't have been happier with the renting experience and plan to use this company again.

The vehicle I rented was in good condition(could've been cleaner) but for the most part it served its purpose and then some. Thank you, I will rent again for sure!

Everyone was pleasant and made us feel like VIP’s. The Hyundai Tucson was exactly what we rented and performed as promised. And the price was right! We would have paid four times our rate at a big agency store. Absolutely will rent again on our next trip in 2022!
