The young people who assisted us at every step of the rental were professional and polite. This was a wonderful experience. The jeep was top notch. No problems. And the rate was so much better than any other place. I was a little worried about renting from a local and offsite place, but this was not an issue! This was by far my best rental experience and I rent a lot. Thank you!

I paid for a late arrival and talked to the rep twice to make sure. They did not pick us up. They said their records did not show a late arrival. So we cancelled the reservation and rented from someone else.
