I paid for a late arrival and talked to the rep twice to make sure. They did not pick us up. They said their records did not show a late arrival. So we cancelled the reservation and rented from someone else.

Quick, reasonably priced rental. Easy pickup from the airport. The vehicle was in good working condition. And we were able to rent a cooler at no additional price. I would definitely use them again.
