Everyone was very nice, shuttle ride to and from the airport was quick. Providing a cooler for our beverages was very welcomed. Will definitely rent here again.
Was pleased with service including after-hours drop-off. Prices were high but reasonable compared to many other rental agencies in present market. Staff were friendly, helpful, would rent again!
Everything about this rental was the best! I would rent from y'all again in a heartbeat. Quick to pick up/drop off at the airport, vehicle was low mileage, people were super nice, directions to get to the pick up location at the airport were perfect. An all around EXCELLENT experience!

This company was perfect, from pick up, to customer service, to the vehicle. Having to go offsite is a small inconvenience compared to the great experience. We used our truck to camp in the National Forest and found having a provided cooler for our drinks/snacks while out exploring to be a bonus. I wish there was a Rugged Rental everywhere we travel!
