Everything about this rental was the best! I would rent from y'all again in a heartbeat. Quick to pick up/drop off at the airport, vehicle was low mileage, people were super nice, directions to get to the pick up location at the airport were perfect. An all around EXCELLENT experience!

This company was perfect, from pick up, to customer service, to the vehicle. Having to go offsite is a small inconvenience compared to the great experience. We used our truck to camp in the National Forest and found having a provided cooler for our drinks/snacks while out exploring to be a bonus. I wish there was a Rugged Rental everywhere we travel!

Great vehicle and service!
When the van picked us up at the airport we placed our suitcases at the rear of the van. The young man opened the rear doors of the van and asked " would you like help in lifting those bags into the van?" I looked at the young man and said "of course." I'm not sure if he was just being lazy or was just letting me know that a tip would be expected. I just thought it was poor customer service. I tipped him $5 as I had already intended.
