The staff was very friendly. I had a wonderful experience with Rugged Rental.
Super helpful, kind, they actually answer the phones!!!!! Got in an accident (not my fault) Totally taken care of by Rugged. A perfect place to rent your car in Salt Lake City.
Had to return/exchange original vehicle as front tires were worn past wear-bars with handling severely affected. Staff exchanged vehicle promptly with upgrade and discounted total charge. An inconvenient event but was handled exceptionally by staff. I would definitely rent from Rugged Rental in the future.
Everything was seamless. From making the reservations, to pick up, to return, everything went smoothly. The office staff is very helpful and our car was spotless. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Rugged Rental was great. Our flight was 3 hours late, and they still had someone stay after hours to pick us up when our flight came in. Staff was excellent when both picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Couldn’t have asked for better service or value. Would definitely recommend, and will rent from them again next time we are in Salt Lake City .
We have nothing but praise for Rugged Rental. Everything, and I mean everything, went extremely smooth from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental vehicle in the Salt Lake area.
