Always a great experience only recommendation the vehicle was dirty inside didn't look like it had been cleaned before we got it. Otherwise always a great experience have rented from them many times.
The staff was friendly and the check out process was fast and easy. The only thing that I was not happy with was the attendant at the Park N Jet when I got to the gate. She was rude and condescending on the instruction to where to park the rental upon return. I was happy with the service with Rugged Rental and would use them again.
Rugged rental staff help me with all my questions, provided shuttle service due to our late flight arrival into Salt Lake and easy after hours drop off due to our early morning flight. I loved the Jeep

Rugged Rental exceeded our expectations. Picking up and dropping off the rental was quick and easy. The vehicle was in great condition, not spotless but more than satisfactory. (My expectations are higher than most.) The cooler was an added bonus. (Wish it was cleaner.) Would definitely recommend! Staff is very responsive and courteous. Affordable!!!
The shuttle arrived quickly to the airport to pick us up, and our driver gave us great suggestions on things to eat and what to do. The Yukon we rented was amazing and just what we needed. Great experience!
This is my second time renting from Rugged Rentals. We love them! They have great trucks equipped for towing. The staff is VERY helpful, and the shuttle to/from the SLC airport is quick and available. I highly recommend Rugged Rentals.
Excellent Experience - the Jeep handled very well on the mountain roads!
They advertised you were allowed to off-road in moderate or easier trails. We had a Jeep Rubicon. Absolutely awesome ride. The trails were fun. Vacation of a lifetime, back roading through Utah.
