First time renter. Very Impressed.
I have rented from them on several occasions over the years and it has always been a good experience.
I had a very positive experience with Rugged. The reservation was on time and exactly as described. They also were very accommodating with changing the return of the vehicle after the airline changed my flight and I needed to stay an extra night. I would use them again.
Everything was as advertised. The vehicle performed as expected. The price was a great value.

Rugged Rental is why we fly to Salt Lake City when we go hiking, camping and jeeping in Southern Utah. Even though Las Vegas is closer to fly into, Rugged Rental guarantees the best high clearance 4wheel drive vehicles. Vegas rentals are consistently unreliable and disappointing. 7 trips to Utah have given us the proof. We've rented from Rugged 4times, the best.
Rugged Rental was outstanding from the start to the finish of our trip. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport promptly as well as honored the car and rate quoted to us. They were a sincere pleasure to do business with, and I wish that their operations extended to other cities!

Rugged Rental is fantastic. I was coming in late, and they called me in advance to arrange a quick pickup at the airport. The car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. The price was better than others as well! We always use Rugged when we are in Utah as they can guarantee 4WD.
