Rugged Rentals was right on time, had the vehicle I paid for ready to go, was super-courteous, and even loaned us a cooler free of charge. The price was right to. Already recommended Rugged Rentals to family.
We were very pleased with our rental experience at Rugged Rentals. The email communications from them regarding how to get picked up from the airport was very detailed and easy to follow. We were picked up promptly and our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the office. Their service and prices were also top-notch.
Good value
Rugged Rental made the process so easy! They picked us up after their normal hours at the airport within 5 mins of me calling to let them know we where there and provided extremely detailed instructions on how to get to the off airport shuttle location (I have never flown to that airport before). The car and paperwork was ready to go, so it only took a few moments to sign and check over the vehicle. Upon return, they emailed me a receipt and took us back to the airport just as quick.
