Have rented more than a dozen times over last 11 years.
Would not mind paying a higher rate per day and getting more miles included., the 200 per day is really not enough in a big state like Utah.
We did the night drop off and never received that it was received okay.
Brandy was GREAT, all my paper work was filled out, all I had to do was sign and do my walk around. It was quick and easy!!!! Thank u

Make it clear and a little more obvious to call for pick up. Otherwise the best rental vehicle experience I've had in many years.
Was surprised that final amount was a bit more than I was quoted--I believe this had to do with additional airport taxes because I decided to take the airport shuttle. On the way back to the airport, the driver did not help me with my bags, so I did not decide to tip him any money.
Good service, good value. Quick enough to go between Rugged Rental office and Airport. Gas Station located across the street for gas refill.
