It was a great rental experience. We got the Jeep we had rented and had no major problems. The pickup from the airport was fast and easy, as was the drop off on our way back. I will definitely rent from them again the next time I go to Utah and need a 4WD vehicle. Much better rate than the big name rental agencies.

We rented a 4WD Jeep Wrangler from Rugged Rental for a 4 day weekend trip and it was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed in the mountains outside the Park City area and needed the 4WD to get up and down the mountain in the winter and the Jeep worked perfectly. Everyone we worked with at Rugged Rental was king and helpful and knowledgeable and we were picked up and dropped off promptly on both our pickup day and drop off day. Highly recommend Rugged Rental if you’re in the SLC area.
Vehicle was old, not very clean, not washed. Lacked acceleration. Old wiper blades. Should make clear not open on Sunday. And an extra rate applies for return. Disappointed
Customer service communication was excellent, email and phone. Rented a Suburban with a ski rack, drove Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons - perfect vehicle for our group, good condition, good value - exactly right. Close to SLC airport. Definitely will hook up with Rugged Rental when we return.
