Rugged Rental was great to work with and I will rent from you again, very accommodating and no issues at all.
The van we rented had a large dent on the sliding passenger door and other damage. It was a bit disconcerting upon seeing it, but in the end, the van worked great and it wasn't disruptive to our experience. It did make the door a bit tougher to close.
Everything was perfect ! The car was the one I requested, almost brand new (2550 miles !) in a perfect condition. Great staff also ! Will rent again from Rugged if I come back.
