Overall great
Have rented multiple times, always great experience
I changed my reservation, but the reservation reminder I got had the earlier reservation information on it, so I called to make sure the reservation was correct. It would be better to have a system that takes account of the updated reservation and send an accurate reminder. Also, we returned on a Sunday and had to return to the Park N Fly. That wasn't a problem in itself, but I note that Apple Maps sends you to the wrong address. ParkNFly staff told us that this happens frequently.
Already have another rental scheduled with Rugged Rental.
Overall it was a really great experience. They picked me up from the airport after hours when my flight was delayed. Would certainly use again.

Amazing company and the only car rental agency that I will be using when in Salt Lake City area. Whe. I landed I called Rugged that I landed and on my way. My car was ready when I arrived and took less than 5 minutes to get me ready and going. Great customer service. Very enjoyable experience.
Thanks for dropping the car off at tac air! Much appreciated. If you look inside the refuel flap there is a lot of dirt that needs to be cleaned off. This is probably getting in the tank.
