Rugged Rentals provides clean rentals for a reasonable rate. Their employees are courteous and knowledgeable. We rent from RR whenever we travel to the area!

After hours drop off was quick and easy
It was so nice being able to call the agency, and talk to a person who was there at the site, and who I probably saw when I picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was dusty, but in great shape. My only negative comment was that whatever was used to clean the car caused a respiratory response in me, so that I had to drive with the windows open for awhile. After clearing the air out for a bit I was fine. I would definitely use them again.
The staff were very professional and friendly. Had one small issue and they addressed it immediately, with no delays or additional burden to me to get resolved.
The vehicle was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
I reserved a 1500 truck and got a 2500 size. I guess this is an upgrade, but I find the larger trucks not as easy to drive or as comfortable to be in. My main complaint was that the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and on of the seat belts was so dirty that my son had to wash his coat after using it. It left dust all over him. The truck in general was pretty dirty when we got it, but that seat belt was crazy-dirty. We like you guys, but you can do better.
Everything was exceptional, staff was friendly.
