Very good experience
Have rented several times from Rugged and highly recommend them. Great service and 4WD vehicles.
Great experience. There was an issue with the Jeep Grand Cherokee having a high pitched whistle above 60 mph. Tried opening and closing doors, raising and lowering windows, etc., but it wouldn't go away. They swapped it out without a problem. Had a Durango waiting for me when I showed up, ski rack and all. Great place. I highly recommend Rugged Rental in Salt Lake City.

After hours drop off was quick and easy
It was so nice being able to call the agency, and talk to a person who was there at the site, and who I probably saw when I picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was dusty, but in great shape. My only negative comment was that whatever was used to clean the car caused a respiratory response in me, so that I had to drive with the windows open for awhile. After clearing the air out for a bit I was fine. I would definitely use them again.
