Excellent service! Great value! Best vehicle! We would definitely rent from Rugged Rental again and would recommend them to anyone!
The vans were better quality and more spacious than expected. Company was also very accommodating by taking out some seats in each van so we had more room for luggage. My only minor issue is I wish the vans had been equipped with snow tires or chains had been provided. Our first night in Park City it snowed and the roads were icy. Where we were staying was uphill on windy roads and we were scared the vans would not make it. Overall, very satisfied and would rent from here again.
Friendly staff, prompt pickup
I’m a loyal Rugged Rental customer, they always treat me well. I did switch from the truck to the Durango because they quit carrying the tonneau covers this year. I wish they still carried those.
