Only negative is airport off-site pickup and return. Would be great if that could be handled at the airport.
One of the best vehicle rental places in America when you want to get the vehicle that you actually need. Specializing in 4x4 was a deciding factor. Nice folks there also. Quick airport pickup and drop off.
Best prices in the SLC area, but book early to get an AWD or X4 vehicle. Great shuttle services for late arrival and early departure flights too.
It is too bad that in the new airport, there are not clearer signs on where to go for the pick-up. The text message definitely helped. We were dragging 2 ski tubes so it was a real hike. I wonder if you could send a notification prior to airport arrival??? The Dodge truck worked well. I often forget how large it is! I have been renting from Rugged for years...great service!

Shuttle to and from the airport was quick and easy to find. They shoot you a text message after you land with instructions which helped out a lot!
The Jeep was a little difficult to sight see with, but was dependable and easy to drive.
