Great vehicle for our needs.
We loved everything about this company. We were not using the airport so loved the location. Staff was great, value was incredible. The vehicle was clean and what we expected. The check out and Check in process was quick and efficient. This was the first time we have rented from Rugged Rental and we will be sure to rent only from here in the future.
I specifically requested a 15 passenger van. At the time I picked it up I was given a clipboard to go out and mark the exterior of the van for scratches, dings, etc. it didn’t occur to me that the entire back seat would be missing. This reduced the possible number of passengers down to 11. I did not discover this until the morning after picking it up when I picked up my brothers and sisters for the day tour. Fortunately, we had a few spouses cancel out and so we were all able to fit.
The whole rental experience was great. The rate was amazing, we loved our car, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Worth it all to have the small inconvenience of shuttling to and from their off airport location!
I was extremely satisfied with this experience. The vehicle was very clean and in great shape. The office even threw in a free cooler for us to use for the duration of the rental, which was extremely useful.
