SSTravels has stolen $500 of my initial $1200 deposit. I have filed a police report in India over this. The deposit was a banc transfer and still not refund, the payment in Cash to get from ATM, the car very less petrol, full with emty bottles, there are many subcompanies, no one know who is responsible, i booked pick up in Delhi Airport return Mumbai Airport, the pick up agent ask me to return in jaipur far away from mumbai, then they came at midnight to my mumbai hotel at the 10 to pick up, now they want to charge me 1 day more. Because i should be hold responsible. Problem with assistance.
I am writing this mail for demanding of full refund and an apology from your company as the vehicle provided by you was very bad in conditioned dirty stinking and more on that I was pulled out from the car in between on road and that to I was with my client from the recovery department of tata finance company since the car owner had not paid installment of car and it was to embarrassing situation for me to get down of car and handover the car to the finance company. They wasted my 2 hrs on road.
