A representative from Santorini Car Hire went above and beyond to call and email us to help us avoid the car being locked in a closed lot! We had unknowingly parked in a lot that closed by a certain hour, and the parking lot staff called the rental company who called us! We were so glad our car didn't get locked in that lot! It definitely would have been a downer for our vacation! Everything with our rental was handled very smoothly. We loved having our car delivered to us in Oia!
